The Investment Company Institute (ICI) and the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) hosted a webinar on August 18, 2010, at 2:00 p.m. (EDT) for ICI members interested in learning about developments in the municipal securities market.
Panelists discussed how the municipal market will be affected by the financial regulatory reform law and reviewed current market topics, including developments in continuing disclosure, transparency of auction rate securities and variable rate demand obligations, priority of orders, and the availability of bond ratings on the MSRB’s Electronic Municipal Market Access (EMMA) website.
