AFFILIATE SOCIAL EVENTS
The conference schedule allows for interested organizations to host events that do not conflict with the official conference agenda. Registration for hosting an event is required and the fees are based on the sliding scale below:

*Additional charges with the hotel may be incurred for food and beverages, meeting room rental, signage, entertainment, and event transportation.
**For events exceeding 500 total attendees, please contact Tonya Bouley, our affiliate coordinator, at tonya@ici.org or 202-326-5969. Fees for events of this size will be individually assessed based on space allocation, day, and time.
Preconference attendee lists are provided on a biweekly basis so that you may select your invitees.

TOTE BAG INSERTS
Organizations interested in placing written materials or small giveaway items in the conference totes may do so. Registration is required and the fee is $1,550. Take advantage of this great opportunity to get your message out with minimal investment.
One preconference attendee list will be sent out approximately two weeks prior to the conference.
